Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 is the final long-term servicing release of Windows 10, built on 21H2 (build 19044). It strips out the Microsoft Store, Cortana and the bundled consumer apps, ships with Microsoft Edge (Chromium) as the only inbox browser, and receives security fixes until January 2027 - or January 2032 for the IoT variant. Because it is a volume-only edition, there is no retail key to buy: activation is designed around KMS or a MAK from the start.
